Beloved of the Lord;
Thus, it is written: “And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee: and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy Merchants-ἔμποροί (emporoi)-a trader, (a (wholesale) tradesman, dealer:—merchant) were the great men of the earth: for by-ἐν (en)-in) thy sorceries-φαρμακείᾳ (pharmakeia)-enchantment with drugs, (i.e. the use or the administering of drugs:—medication ("pharmacy"); (by extension:— magic) were all-πάντα (panta)-all, every, the whole) nations-ἔθνη (ethen)-nation, people) deceived.” -(Revelation 18:23)
